The new lithium-ion batteries that will now be installed on Zongshen's tricycles are equipped with modern automotive-grade chips. This provides not only battery protection but also accurate assessment of its condition, as well as effective temperature management and balancing.
In October of this year, the Jiangsu Zongshen BYD Lithium Battery Operation Advisory Committee was established, emphasizing the importance and seriousness of the approach to battery usage and maintenance.
Zongshen plans to soon introduce a new series of tricycles equipped with BYD lithium iron phosphate batteries. These batteries will have capacities ranging from 24 to 96 A•h, making them suitable for various models of compact vehicles.
The collaboration between BYD and Zongshen promises to bring new technological solutions to the tricycle industry, focusing on the durability and reliability of the batteries.
